Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to PRISM, a managed remote browser platform operated by CIN Technologies SMC Pvt Ltd. They cover access requests submitted on this website and, once an organization is approved, use of the PRISM web dashboard and desktop application.

The version of these Terms is the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. An access request records the version that was published when the request was submitted. A later update does not change the version recorded for an earlier request.

Access requests

Submitting the request-access form asks PRISM to review your organization. It does not create a user account, start a subscription, or guarantee approval. The person who submits the request confirms that they have authority to request access for that organization.

If the request is approved, onboarding, seat count, and pricing are confirmed separately. Published per-user monthly rates are described in the Refund Policy. Final pricing can differ when a separate written agreement says so.

The organization and its users

Once an organization uses PRISM, the organization and its users are subject to these Terms. The organization is responsible for its users' activity on PRISM, including who is invited, which devices are used, and how managed browser sessions are used.

Organization administrators control membership, roles, and device access. End users must follow both these Terms and the instructions of their organization.

Acceptable use

This section is part of these Terms. PRISM does not publish a separate Acceptable Use Policy.

• Use PRISM only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not attempt to access PRISM, another organization, or another user's account or device without authorization.
• Do not share access outside the users and devices your organization has authorized.
• Do not interfere with the platform, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to abuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any other system.

We may suspend access when we need to protect the platform, an organization, or another person. Fees connected to abuse or suspension are described in the Refund Policy.

Third-party services

PRISM provides controlled browser access to web platforms your organization asks to use. Those platforms are operated by other companies. Use of a third-party service through PRISM remains subject to that service's own terms and policies. PRISM does not replace those terms, and approval to use PRISM is not approval from the third party.

Fees and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed per user, per month, at the rate confirmed during onboarding. Refunds, cancellations, and non-refundable charges are governed by the Refund Policy. That policy controls if it says something these Terms do not repeat.

Privacy

Information collected to run PRISM is described in the Privacy Policy. PRISM collects the operational data that policy describes. We do not claim that we collect no data.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date changes when we do, and that date is the new version. New access requests accept the version published at the time of submission. Updating this page does not by itself block an existing user from logging in.
