Installation steps
- 1Download the installer from this page or a link provided by your administrator.
- 2Run the installer on a Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC (64-bit).
- 3Launch PRISM and sign in with the credentials issued by your organization.
- 4Allow the app to register this device to your account on first login.
- 5Connect to the managed session your administrator configured.

What to expect at login
PRISM requires an account created by your organization administrator. The signup form on this website is an access request, not instant activation. On first sign-in, your device is registered and bound to your user. Connection times and session activity may be recorded according to your organization's policy.
