This is an unsigned internal beta for client testing. Choose Apple Silicon for M1/M2/M3/M4 Macs, or Intel for older Macs. Install only from this official page or a link your organization administrator provides.

Installation steps

  1. 1Download the DMG that matches your Mac (Apple Silicon or Intel) from this page.
  2. 2Open the DMG and drag PRISM into the Applications folder.
  3. 3Launch PRISM from Applications. If macOS blocks it, open System Settings, Privacy and Security, then choose Open Anyway, or right-click the app in Finder and choose Open.
  4. 4Sign in with the credentials issued by your organization.
  5. 5Allow the app to register this device to your account on first login.

System requirements

  • ✓macOS 12 or newer recommended
  • ✓Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) or Intel Mac
  • ✓Stable internet connection
  • ✓PRISM user account approved by your organization

Which file do I need?

Open Apple menu, About This Mac. If the chip shows Apple M1/M2/M3/M4, use Apple Silicon. If it shows Intel, use Intel. Need Windows instead? Download PRISM for Windows.
