This is an unsigned internal beta for client testing. Choose Apple Silicon for M1/M2/M3/M4 Macs, or Intel for older Macs. Install only from this official page.

Installation steps

  1. 1Download the DMG that matches your Mac (Apple Silicon or Intel) from this page.
  2. 2Open the DMG and drag PRISM into the Applications folder.
  3. 3Launch PRISM from Applications. macOS may block this unsigned beta on first open — try once so the Open Anyway option appears.
  4. 4Click the Apple menu and select System Settings.
  5. 5Click Privacy & Security in the sidebar.
  6. 6Scroll down to the Security section to see the blocked app.
  7. 7Click Open Anyway (or Open) next to PRISM.
  8. 8Enter your admin password to confirm, then launch PRISM again.
  9. 9Sign in with the credentials issued by your organization.
  10. 10Allow the app to register this device to your account on first login.

To open an unsigned application, attempt to launch it first, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to the bottom, and click the Open Anyway button that appears for the last app you tried to run. (Apple Support Communities)

System requirements

  • ✓macOS 12 or newer recommended
  • ✓Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) or Intel Mac
  • ✓Stable internet connection
  • ✓PRISM user account approved by your organization

Which file do I need?

Open Apple menu, About This Mac. If the chip shows Apple M1/M2/M3/M4, use Apple Silicon. If it shows Intel, use Intel. Need Windows instead? Download PRISM for Windows.
